Upon presentation of your confirmation letter and ID card, all registered participants have to collect their racet kit at the:  DECATHLON AMADORA • (Estr. do Monte da Cabreira 1 1A, 2610-017 Amadora) from:
​- 4 December (Thursday), 14.00 / 20.00
- 5 December (Friday), 10:00 / 20:00
- 6 December (Saturday), 10:00 / 17:30

Absolutely no bib numbers will be available for pick up on race day, Sunday, December 1.
YOUR BIB NUMBER PICK-UP CARD AND A PHOTO I.D. ARE REQUIRED TO PICK UP YOUR BIB NUMBER!
Complete instructions, safety pins, will be enclosed with your bib number

Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are not transferable. We're sorry, but we cannot admit exceptions. If you cannot participate, you may not sell your registration. You cannot transfer your registration to next year's event, nor for future events of our circuit.
